review Daiesu sakura spring

Review Daiesu Sakura Spring

This wrap is a size 6, 75% cotton and 25% linen with an approximate weight of 270g/m²

I had the honor to test this beautifull wrap from Daiesu.
I fell in love with the bright colors as soon as I opened the package. As you all know from my previeus reviews I'm a sucker for bright colorfulll wraps

Sakura spring is a linen blend and as I wasn't the first tester it was already very soft and broken in when it was my turn to try her out. The flower design give the wrap a nice subtle texture which in it's turn give the wrap the perfect amount of grip.

We took this baby out on Christmas day to wrap up my almost 2 year old for a lovely afternoon walk on the beach and through the forest. As this wrap was already broken in, it was very easy to wrap with. Sakura spring has a little bit of stretch which makes for a very nice chest pass. My wrapjob easily slit in to place with a little strand by strand adjusting and didn't move during out 2 hour walk thanks to the little texture of the design. I loved the fluffiness and the cush of this wrap as it makes the wrap feel very comfortable on my shoulders. It wraps like a rather thin wrap without losing the support you often have with a thicker wrap, to make a knot at the end of the wrapjob is so easy with this wrap, and you don't have the bulkiness like with some wraps which I appreciate very much.

I would say this wrap is perfectly suitable for newborns when it's as broken in as it was when I got it to test. But also very ok for a toddler thanks to the linen, even after a 2 hour walk I was still very comfortable with my toddler in a DH.
